Key responsibilities:
-
Designing and implementing FPS combat, from concept, prototyping through to polish stages and maintenance/balancing before and after it reaches players hands.

Management of large amounts of game data/files and maintaining the weapon arsenal and world systems.

Experience working as part of a feature team and feature owner, taking a feature from concept to completion, tracking dependencies, estimating workloads, identifying risks and mitigations and actioning feedback from POs and players.

Authoring and maintaining documentation on all topics related to game and technical design, including; LEDs, Full design pages and technical documentation.

Extensive collaboration with all areas involved in creating features including animation, VFX and Audio.

Considerable experience in data driven development in order to build and balance large amounts of weapons, traits, World interaction/simulations and other player related and meta systems.

Extensive experience using visual scripting in a proprietary tool.

Running internal playtests and feedback sessions on the features myself and peers own.
